Monday Thoughts - Week 2

Week two spinned away and I noticed that I only have five school weeks left in my life. Lummy!

Woche zwei ist wie im Flug vergangen und ich hab mit Schrecken festgestellt, dass ich nur mehr fünf Schulwochen in meinem Leben hab. Oh Gott!
 

The most formative moment

It's a very old photo of us - I think we took it three years ago - but it doesn't matter. As it was then, it is now. 

My formative moment of the week was, when I realized how lucky I am.

How lucky I am because I have these wonderful friends - and this is what makes me so happy!

 

Dies ist ein extrem altes Foto von uns, aber das macht nichts. Wie es damals war, so ist es heute. Und diese Woche war mein bewegenster Augenblick, als ich bemerkt habe, wie viel Glück ich eigentlich habe.

Wie viel Glück ich mit meinen Freundinnen habe - das macht mich so wahnsinnig fröhlich!

The most beautiful blogpost

No DIY-project-post this time - but a wonderful outfit from Fog Dancing. I love her hair - but most of all her shirt. I love the stitchery on it - it is so inspiring and when I have looooots of time once, I have to DIY such a shirt!

 

Kein DIY-Projekt-Post diesmal - aber ein wundervolles Outfit von Fog Dancing. Ich liebe ihre Haare - aber ihr Shirt hat es mir am meisten angetan. Die Stickerei darauf - wenn ich einmal gaaaaaaaanz viel Zeit hab, dann muss ich mir so eines selber machen!

 

The greatest passion

For those who do not know: I'm a lipstick-fan.

I'm not the person who puts make-up on everyday - most of the time I'm actually au naturel. But lipstick is one of my greatest passions, especially if it is red. I think every girl (and woman) should have at least three different shades of red lipsticks at home.

For long evenings I'd recommend the "super stay 24 colour" from Maybelline New York: I bought it once for a play and was thrilled because it lasts so long, although I ate and drank all the time! Since then I take it with me at every ball and prom or whatever.

 

Für alle, die es nicht wissen: Ich bin ein Lippenstift-Fan.

Ich bin nicht so, dass ich jeden Tag mit kiloweise Make-Up im Gesicht durch die Gegend laufe - grundsätzlich bin ich sogar meistens ungeschminkt.

Aber Lippenstift ist einfach eine meiner größten Leidenschaften, vor allem dann, wenn er rot ist. Ich denke, jedes Mädchen (und jede Frau) sollte mindestens drei  Lippenstifte in verschiedenen Rottönen bei sich zu Hause haben.

Für lange Abende kann ich nur den "super stay 24 colour"-Lippenstift von Maybelline New York weiterempfehlen: Ich hab ihn einmal für ein Theaterstück gekauft und ich war so begeistert, weil er einfach so gut gehalten hat, obwohl ich die ganze Zeit gegessen und getrunken habe! Seit dem ist er mein ständiger Begleiter auf Bällen und ähnlichen Abendveranstaltungen.

 

The favourite garment

White is the colour of innocence, socks are great to wear and lace is just awesome. All in one is the garment I like most of all in this week. With tights in a different colour and stilettos is it perfect for spring!

Weiß ist die Farbe der Unschuld, Socken sind bequem und Spitze ist einfach wunderbar. Alles zusammen ergibt mein Lieblingskleidungsstück der Woche. Mit Strumpfhosen in einer anderen Farbe und Stiefletten sind sie perfekt für den Frühling!

The new discovery

I know - I've already posted something about this antique, but I love it so much - and it was the new discovery of the week.

Ich weiß, ich hab schon mal was über diesen Antiquitätenhändler gepostet, aber ich liebe das Geschäft so sehr - und es war die neue Entdeckung der Woche.
